It has been a long time since I had to call telerik.
I left a voicemail 6 hours ago. I know the time difference. If I try to call at night I get it is after hours. If I call during the day I get everyone is busy.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles reaching our sales line. The truth is that we are slightly shorthanded as many people from the office are in Boston for TechEd. Thank you. I was able to reach sales the next day (and renew!)
