When I open the Items Collection Editor for RadToolbar, the only Item type in the dropdown is "Object".
Where are the dropdown options?

Please accept our apology for the delayed response.
The RadToolBar is an ItemsControl that contains a group of controls (items). As such it doesn't have any predefined ToolBar items since it can contain any other control. Therefore the Collection Editor doesn't contain any lits of items that can be added.
