RadComboBox border color change

I am trying to change the border color of a RadComboBox when it gets focus. It was suggested in a previous post that I change the border in the ButtonChrome style. I did this in the FocusVisual border within the CommonStatesWrapper border. I also tried modifying the FocusInnerVisual border. All to no avail. So how do I get the border color to change when it gets focus?
