Rad Grid View Filter in not working

Hello Friend,
           This is mangesh.
I am working on V-3 of telerik.
When I try to visible / invisible grid column, after that Filter operation on that perticular column is not working( only on the new Visibled column) its working fine for the rest of the columns but only creating problem for newer one.
I checked in application_unhandledexception event. It shows me null reference exception.

 I am not sure what you mean by the statement that you are working on V-3 of telerik. May you please clarify this?

I have prepared a sample project where I have a column that I make invisible and then I make it visible again (I use a checkbox for changing the visibility state of the column). The filtering is working fine after I make the column back visible. I have tested the scenario that you describe with the 2011.1.419 version of the RadControls, as this is the version that is filled in the ticket info.

As I was not able to reproduce the problem, I am not sure what would cause it. May you please review the sample project and change it so that the problem may be reproduced?

It would be very helpful if you may explain how I can get this null reference exception in my sample, this way I could advise you appropriately.
