Is there any way to achieve the smooth shading on a doughnut prior to the Q1 2010 release?  I like the improvements but I'm getting push back on the doughnut shading.

My client would like the smooth shading as in the "old" attached vs. the "new".

Hi John Morris,

Please, see the attached sample project which I made for you. Please, notice that you need to add the needed references to build the project. There you can find how to define a custom style for the Doughnut Series which overwrites their mask to make them look as they were before. I have also changed the default fills if you need them with the new PaletteBrushes property which we introduced with 2010.Q1 version of our control. If you prefer the new colors of our "Office Black" theme, just remove them.

Hope this helps.

All the best,

Do you happen to have an example like this for a pie chart?  I need the style for a pie chart similarly shaded.

Hello Dennis,

You can find the sample application for Pie Series attached. Again you need to add the missing references.
