I wrote my project in silverlight 3. When I install Silverlight 4, this
doesn't work. (I have both version all the time and in properties project is Silverlight 3). I
can't change selected item in RadComboBox. When I'm in debbug mode this
controls have selected index = -1. I can't too use keyboard navigation
on this control.

Hello Marcin,
I would recommend several things:
- check whether you are using the latest Silverlight 4 RTW (the plugin version should be 4.0.50401.0)
- check whether you are using the latest Telerik assemblies for Silverlight 4. You could download them from here:
