Printing and Printing in OOB

I have updated Telerik Silverlight Controls recently to 2011.2.712.1040.Now when I call 

RadRichTexBox.Print("Me Document", Telerik.Windows.Documents.UI.PrintMode.Native) I have an exception (I attached a picture).I looked at the examples and I do exactly the same...



And the second problem is that when I use the out of browser mode it doesn't work at all...just nothing happens.

Hi Anthony,

Unfortunately there is a bug with Silverlight printing in the Q2 official release (2011.2 712), which was introduced at a very late stage of development and passed in the final build. The good news is that we fixed it immediately in a subsequent build just a bit after that. You can download a hotfix from the Latest Internal Build from your account (Internal Builds Download section).

Thank you for the answer.I have downloaded the latest version and it definitively works.However, I have already posted about a problem to handle the  PrintingCompleted event and as I see it's still not fixed???? Just to get to a point post my code again...

It never goes into RichRadTextBox_PrintingCompleted... Did you fix that problem?????
And one more question.... Do you have any API to print RadRciTextBox in OUT-OF-BROWSER MODE?????Or are you going to implement in??any plan??

Hi Anthony,

HTML printing does not work in out of browser mode, as it exports the document to HTML and uses the browser to print the outputted HTML. We have no plans to extend the printing support currently.
As for the events notifying when printing has been started and completed, they will be available in the service pack in a month.
