RadSpreadProcessing and RadSpreadsheet actually share the same document model, and as RadSpreadsheet is part of the Telerik UI for Silverlight suite you can use it in a Silverlight application. The model is completely independent from UI and the RadSpreadsheet control itself can help you visualize your documents.
As to RadWordsProcessing and RadPdfProcessing (which is scheduled for release in Q2 2014 as CTP), we have no plans to include them in the Silverlight suite.
