Hi Adam,
Could you clarify what you mean by issue connecting the Google Pixel 3 to Fiddler?
If you're having issues with capturing HTTPS traffic, Eric Lawrence wrote a blog post about Using Fiddler with iOS 10 and Android 7 that provides more detailed information.
Ultimately, since Android 7+ ignores all user-installed root certificates this means Android will not trust the Fiddler root certificate. As a result, there is no way we can fix this.
