PDF Form Field with Formatting

I know in acrobat you can create a form field with currency formatting.  Is this possible with PDFProcessing?  I have been able to right justify a field but not set a format.

This functionality is usually achieved in the PDF documents using JavaScript actions. However, PdfProcessing currently doesn't support JavaScript actions. We have a feature request logged in our backlog to provide this functionality: PdfProcessing: Support for javascript actions. I am afraid I cannot provide you with a workaround until this feature is developed, so please, make sure you cast your vote for the implementation as well as subscribe to the task by clicking the Follow button so you can receive updates about status changes.

We are busy with a PoC for creating PDF documents with fields and this is going to require using javascript actions. Has this feature been added to the PdfProcessing library yet?

Please accept my apologies for the setbacks this missing functionality might be causing you. I understand the importance of such a feature and would like to inform you that we currently have our attention on the PdfProcessing: Support for javascript actions (calculated fields) task as it is included in our near-future roadmap.

That said, I cannot make any promises but if everything goes smoothly we are planning to introduce it in our next official Q4 2024 release. In the meantime, if you are interested please make sure you subscribe to the task so you get notified about any status changes.
