We were unable to reproduce this issue. Can you please send us some sample code or explain in more details the structure of your application.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. We decided to use Silverlight Media Framework instead since our production program been unstable with your latest release. Many issues including pause, chapter-ring had forced us to avoid using your media player.
