My team is developing a Silverlight application in which Telerik Rad Controls for Silverlight are being used. I have a Rad GridView which has a Rad TabControl in it. In the Rad TabControl, I have another Rad GridView. I want to access this inner Rad GridView in my code behind but am unable to find it. Please advice accordingly.
