Thank you for contacting Telerik support.
Telerik WinForms controls do not provide MS Outlook integration. Instead, you can use as a starting point the Outlook inspired project template, which mimics the Outlook interface with Telerik controls. You can select this template in the project configuration wizard. More details can be found in this blog post:

However, we do not provide any implementation of the communication protocol with the exchange server, which you need to implement a fully functional email client. You can search for any third party library which does this and integrate it with our project template.
