Modify RadSplitButton hover over colors

How do I modify the hover over colors for RadSplitButton? I tried editing the styles in Blend, but didn't find the resource that was influencing the hover over. Can you share an example?

I tried to follow the article that you pointed at, and what the article says I will see under Resources is different from what I see under Resources (see attached). What am I missing here?
The version of radcontrols we have are Q3 2011.

Hello spj11 ,

I believe there may be situations where blend does not extract the proper resources. Please make sure that you have added the Q3 2011 dlls, clean and rebuild your solution.
However, in the attached project you can see the extracted Style from Blend. I also edited the 

ControlBackground_MouseOver color.
