Merge two user accounts

Hi,

Somehow I managed to end up with two Telerik user accounts, each with its own email address (private and work). I keep receiving emails from Progress twice as a result. Is it possible to have these two accounts merged?

Hello Henk,

We can transfer all licenses and tickets to a singular account and delete the other account. Just let us know which account you would like to keep.

Okay, all set. Everything has been transferred into the requested account. Your gmail account is still active but with no licenses and tickets. If you would like that account deleted, please let me know and I can raise an internal request, which make take a few days. If not, then we can close this ticket out.

It's possible to merge two Telerik user accounts into a single account 1. To do so, you should contact Telerik's support team and provide them with the two email addresses associated with the accounts you want to merge. They will then merge the accounts and transfer any licenses, subscriptions, or other account-related information to the new, merged account. You can reach Telerik's support team through their support portal or by contacting them via email or phone.

Based on the search results, my previous answer is not entirely accurate. It seems like the merging of two Telerik user accounts is not possible, but it may be possible to transfer all licenses and tickets to a single account and then delete the other account. For some reason the initial request was not completed successfully, I would like to apologize for that.

May you please confirm that Customer ID: EC9137431 / douglaskingsing@gmail.com needs to be deactivated, and set for deletion? I will also have the tickets transferred from it.
