Hi everyone,

with NativeScript our goal is to have as much web skills reuse as possible and one of the areas we want to make developers happy is to have a list of existing popular JavaScript libraries which will be supported out of the box. Basically any JavaScript library which is based on CommonJS spec will work out of the box, but for libraries that have DOM dependencies or any other browser-API dependencies we should make additional work to enable them to work in NativeScript. Of course there will be some JS libraries that will not be supported at all due to their dependencies.

My request to you is to list your favorite JS libraries you want to see working with NativeScript. We will make a research if it will be possible to support them in NativeScript out of the box. Here is the initial list of libraries we selected below to start our research:

MomentJS
Underscore
ReactJS
Angular
Backbone
Knockout
Q
When
Ember
Zepto
SugarJS

Thank you!
