It works fine on a android 5.1.1 once I installed the root certificate issued by fiddler.
But seems the certificate doesn't work any more with Android 7 and IOs 13.
Fiddler keeps saying the connection is not in private even I have installed the certificate when I tried access any https website(for example:https://freematch.date)
any tricks here? or it is impossible?

Hi Li,
Unfortunately, for versions of Android after 7, all user-installed root certificates are ignored. Individual application developer's can get around this using app configuration. Since this is a platform wide change, Fiddler wouldn't be able to resolve this in any way. See the Using Fiddler with iOS 10 and Android 7 blog post for more details.
As for iOS 13, there hasn't been anything reported. Can you confirm that you followed the steps in the Capture Fiddler for iOS documentation?

I test it again with another IOs 13 device, it works fine. So it might be a problem caused by another proxy App.
