Indicates the visibility level of radgrid

hi!
I am having two Project.
1) Project A :- One Form have name: FormA of this contains RADGrid set modifiers is public.
2) Project B- One Form in project B have name: FormB inheritance code FormA (FormB:FormA)
When show desinger of FromB then method of radGird is visible

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
