RadDragAndDropManager allows dragging between any two UIElements and thus it can be used in this scenario as well.

Hi,
Thanks for the Reply. But how will i achieve the replace functionality. When i Drag a panel and drop it in another. The original panel should come back to ListBox and the Dragged panel should be placed.
