Standard company policy is we don't officially support third party beta software. For IE9 specifically we do plan on making sure the tool works with it either on their release date or shortly after it. It is very important to us to maintain compatibility with IE.
At the present we haven't even tried to work with IE9. Thus we don't know if it works or breaks.

IE9 is no longer beta.

That's correct and we released a build of both the framework and Test Studio this week including IE9 compatibility improvements. The build is labeled 2010.3.1607. Please give it a go and let us know if you need further assistance.

Where is the version of 2010.3.1607? I still see WebUI_TestStudio_Developer_2010_3_1421_Trial version.

The build is available for download from the latest internal builds section in your account.
You're running Test Studio Dev Edition, is that correct? You can get it's latest internal builds here.
