Please, note that the Fiddler version for .NET2.0 is deprecated and is not supported anymore.
The Fiddler installer checks which .NET version you have and installs the according version of Fiddler. If .NET 2.0 is the highest version installed, the Fiddler installer downloads Fiddler for .NET 2.0 from this link https://fiddler2.com/r/?getfiddler2setup and runs it.
You could still download and run Fiddler2Setup manually, if you need it on a machine with .NET 4.0 Full profile or higher.
