like sometimes i'm looking to an url and when a new url appears the list go to last line and i need to search again the url

Thanks for the clarification. This functionality is called auto scrolling. You could either turn on the 'smart' auto scrolling, which scrolls down only when the scroll is at the bottom, or you could disable the auto scroll at all.
You could disable or enable the auto scroll of the session list from the main menu by clicking on View\AutoScroll Session List.
You could disable or enable the smart scroll of the session list from Tools\Options... Appearance tab Use SmartScroll in Session List checkbox.
