What are the current steps you are trying, and what are you observing? Are you able to capture other traffic?

Thank you for your response.
I think part of the problem is because I need to capture from a Windows Service. Not to worry though. I found the problem in my code and the Fiddler Capture/Decrypt is no longer necessary.
