I have a radwindow which displays some drop downs...the contents of drop down come from a service...when a service call is made i display a spinner in a custom window....the problem is the spinner is always displayed behind the rad window...how do i bring my custom control to display on top of rad window...

You can place your Spinner into a Popup control and open the popup after the RadWindow is opened. In this case it should appear on top of the Window.
