how can i custom the RadPane on the docking? urgent!

our company paid for the telerik every year. and we now updated till SL5 and newest telerik controls.

my problem come out: this panegroup has two pane, and i use blend to change the styles, and now it looks like the picture show. 

but, 1.  the close button on the pane tab not working anymore. 
       2. I want to take away the close button on the pane group, which is in the green rectangle area and I want the closebutton on each pane tab works, which is I red rectangle area.

   Can anyone help to or give some ideas?

Hi,

In order to achieve this you could set the CloseButtonPosition property of the RadDocking control to InPane. That will remove the one in the PaneGroup and leave it only in the Pane.
