Could anyone, please, help with such a problem. All the traffic is being filtered with the unchecked "Use filters" in filter tab.
In the troubleshooting mode I can see the following comment "Hidden due to ToolBar > ProcessFilter"

Hello Maksim,
Check if you have filters for specific processes (for example, like chrome) and remove the obsolete filters. The process filters indicator is at the bottom-left part of the Fiddler application. Refer to this documentation article for more details.
