Hello,

There might be multiple reasons why traffic generated from a third-party application is not being captured by Fiddler. Here are some of the starting points, you can investigate:

- What protocols are used by the library? Is this library using HTTP/HTTPS protocols or something else like SOCKS (Fiddler can capture only traffic that goes through the HTTP/HTTPS protocols)?
- Are there any proxy configuration options? Is the library using the system proxy, and if not, are there options to set the Fiddler proxy explicitly?

Fiddler and FiddlerCore are not supporting SOCKS5 - see this thread for a possible solution while using a 3rd-party library.
