every time i try to open up fiddler it says this

Hi J R,

 

What is the operating system on which you are trying to run Fiddler? Also, check your NET version installed on the OS.

Could you try reinstalling your FIddler by downloading and installing (both on the affected machine) the latest version from the following link: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
