height of the locked and unlocked columns are changing when firing custom validation

Please see below screen shot. I'm using Kendo MVC.

When I'm firing the custom validation, the height gets disturbed. But it try to resize the column or the window, its automatically corrected.

Kindly let me know if there is a way to correct the height when throwing custom validation on the cell and let me know if any need any details.
