height issue in gridview

hi.,
    i have an nested gridview where i am setting  height for  my  first gridview  as  height ="200" if i  do like this
  it works  fine  but have a design issue. image2 

 if  i do not set any height then  then there is  no  desig issue  image1
 but in my case i need  to set the gridview to certain height like(200,300 etc) so that it  does not scroll down entire pae.

 can any one let me kow how to solve the issue
