Hello,
One for the admins! I have been trialling Icenium Graphite for a few week. Last night, I purchased a developer subscription, which is fine and shows fine on my web account. However, when I opened Graphite on my laptop this morning, it is still warning me that my trial "expires in less than 2 days" and reports as "Icenium Ultimate Edition (trial)".
I have a project that I have been working on that I do not want to lose. What do I do now?

Hi Stewart,
Please, log out of Graphite and log back in with your Telerik account with which you bought the subscription. Graphite should display the correct information about your account.

When your trial expires, you do not lose your projects. Icenium preserves them in case you buy a subscription and want to continue your work. Even with an expired subscription, you can still export your project from the dashboard so that you can continue development even outside of Icenium.

Thank you Iva.
Before I do that, how do I export my current project and re-import back into my other (subscribed) account as I don't want to have to start building it again, nor re-attaching the apple profiles, etc.

Hi Stewart,
Each of these approaches has its benefits or limitations. So, it's really up to you to decide how to go with this one. Again, whenever you log into Icenium with the email you used for your trial account, you will be able to export the project from the Dashboard. However, as soon as the trial expires, you will not be able to push it to a remote repository.

If for your Telerik account you're using the same email address as the one for your trial, you should have no trouble accessing your current projects. For example, if you're subscribed for the trial with a Gmail account which you're also using to access your Telerik account, you're already set.
If this is not the case and there is no such association, you can pick any of these approaches to transfer your projects.
- Recreate from archive. This one requires you to export your project from the Dashboard.
- Recreate from a remote repository. This one requires you to configure a remote repo in your trial account and push your project to the repo.
Each of these approaches has its benefits or limitations. So, it's really up to you to decide how to go with this one.
