Handling Dynamic Content for Pages in Telerik UI

I am building a site that includes dynamic content pages about roblaxmod and I am using Telerik UI components to render lists and content sections for roblox mod menu. I am having trouble with binding dynamic text and updating layouts without causing UI flicker or performance issues. Has anyone dealt with similar content driven scenarios in Telerik and how did you optimize rendering updates for dynamic data without jank?
