Group, Filter and Sort on Images Column

Hello,

I am using RadGridView. In that I have Status column. In this column I am using Converter to show appropriate images based on the status.

I want implement Sort,Group, and Filter on this Column which contains different images based on the status in RadGridView.

Please suggest me the right way to this. If you have any example, please provide me.
