I'm the UX/UI designer for this project. Changes I'm making to the grid header in the ThemeBuilder aren't applying to the test version of the app. Weirdly, the regular cells are being updated, but nothing in the header is changing. Not the font, bg colour, etc.

I'm not sure what more to say so I'll let the screenshots do the explaining :)

Here is the grid as shown in the TB:

And here it is in the test environment:

pls send help

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I wanted to inform you that since you have an Ultimate license, which comes with Priority Support, you can submit your questions through our dedicated support system instead of using the forum. Typically, response times are faster through the support system:

The problem you are facing might be caused by multiple factors. For instance, it might be related to the usage of a Grid component with a size other than the default (medium). Currently, ThemeBuilder only supports the medium size of the Grid. Another possibility is that you are using a ThemeBuilder version that is incompatible with the version of the Telerik & Kendo UI components in your project. For more information, please refer to the compatibility table in our documentation:

If none of the above proves to be the reason for the issue, could you please share more details about the technology your project is using (e.g., React, Angular, Blazor, etc.), the version of the components, and the version of the ThemeBuilder project? This would help us investigate further. Also, an example code snippet of the Grid component where the styles do not apply can be helpful.

Regards,
Petar
