Hello Nenna,
To generate and sign a PDF document, you can use the features provided by PdfProcessing. For generation and modification of PDFs, please take a look at the following resources:
- RadFixedDocument help article
- Generate Document SDK example
- Create PDF using RadFixedDocumentEditor SDK example
- Digital Signature help article
However, to assist you better, I would like to gather more details about the scenario. Do you mean that you need to generate a PDF from the webform and sign it? Or you will receive an already existing document and will need to sign it?

Hi Nenna,
Do you mean that you need to sign the document on the client? At this point, signing is possible on the server only using PdfProcessing. For PdfViewer for ASP.NET MVC, we have logged a request to implement signing PDF documents. You can vote for its implementation and subscribe to track its status using the public item on our feedback portal: https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1431730. I am sorry I couldn't help more.
Please, let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
Regards,
Tanya
