Generate PDF from Telerik controls

I need to know how to email a digitally signed PDF document from a user input webform.

I need a webform that is a pdf document or looks like a fillable pdf document.  I need to be able to sign the document online and then email the completed pdf document.

Do you mean that you need to sign the document on the client? At this point, signing is possible on the server only using PdfProcessing. For PdfViewer for ASP.NET MVC, we have logged a request to implement signing PDF documents.
