Hi,
The 'C:\Users\GTessler\Documents\Fiddler2\Scripts\CustomRules.js' is left from a previous install of Fiddler. Either, add the references it needs into Fiddler's 'Tools\Options...\Scripting tab\References:' field, or delete the 'CustomRules.js' file, in order to make Fiddler use the 'SampleRules.js' file from it's %localappdata%\Programs\Fiddler\Scripts\ directory.
