Fiddler works well with many apps on my PC except one that gives me the following message (image attached).

I tried fixiing the errors by clearing and re-installing certificates many times. It doesn't seem to work. If I click yes to the pop-up (in the image I attached), the app internet functionnalities stop working.

Did any of you had something similar? How could I fix this?

Hi Frédéric,

This is likely because the remote host server doesn't trust the Fiddler Root Certificate and they are using a form of Certificate Pinning. In this case, the remote host will not allow decrypting the traffic. Unfortunately, this is a security measure by the owner of the application and is expected behavior. The only way to resolve the issue is to have access to the hosts certificates and keys.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you for using the Fiddler Forums.
