All of sadden I am getting this when starting Fiddler. See attached.

Hi Mark,
Have you tried the suggestions provided in the error screen (updating Windows and updating/reinstalling the NET framework)? It looks like something has changed your environment, so I would suggest trying the above (also suggested here) and trying to deinstall and reinstall the Fiddler app completely.

The problem was with machine.config. I added proxy configuration to it hoping PBI will work with Fiddler. But probably did not do it right, so a number of programs stopped working. After restoring the file everything got back to normal.
