Is there a Telerik product, or any a product by another company, that can hook into the GPU, intercept images, and replace them on-the-fly?

Hi, Drew--

I'm not aware of any such product, from any company. Doing this at the GPU level would likely be card-specific and it's unlikely that any such product exists as there are so many different ways to render images you'd need to thunk every API call and introduce a lot of "smarts" to try to guess whether a given drawing operation represents an attempt to render an image.
