Fiddler Everywhere issue

I installed Fiddler Everywhere in order to view saz file . However,  I don't get the email with the six digits code to verify my email.

I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, but nothing worked.

If i tried to login with my telerik account, it gives :

If I tried to create an account, I don't get the verification email.

Not sure what I missed.

Hello Julia Tian,

 

The activation code for confirmation of new accounts might sometimes end up in promotional or spam email folders. Use New User? Sign up option to register your account (or use Forgot Password if you receive a message the user already exists), and then after a few minutes, re-check your spam, promotional, and other email folders for the activation email.

I checked spam, as a matter of fact I asked our help desk to check on any emails for me were blocked, but nothing. 

I have re-submitted the send email many times, but each time no email came through. I also tried  to use different email address, didn't get email neither. I can be wrong, but it seems some thing to do with the system.

It sounds like you lack access to some of the required login endpoints. Please check and verify that you have access to these endpoints by manually opening the following URL:

https://fiddler-backend-production.s3.amazonaws.com/connectivity-test/check-fe.html

If you are unable to open some of the endpoints above, then please consult with your network administrators and ask them to allowlist the following domains:
  https://*.getfiddler.com/
  https://*.amazonaws.com/

If you can load the test endpoint successfully, please send us the Fiddler Everywhere log files (send them privately to support at getfiddler.com). Refer to this KB article for instructions on manually extracting the log files.

I checked the end points, I am good there.

I sent another email through the support system. Basically we need more detailed url on the amazonaws.com
