Before I reinstall windows, I used Fiddler Everywhere to capture https normally, but after reinstalling windows, it can't show HTTPS traffic.

I had the same setup with Fiddler Everywhere before reinstalling windows.

The app I'm trying to debug network traffic shows an error when I enter into the app.

Try to completely reset your Fiddler certificates on both the Fiddler host Windows machine and the mobile device you are trying to capture. That includes removing the old certificates (on the Win host, you could use the Fiddler Everywhere application > Settings > HTTPS > Advanced Settings > Reset root certificate) while on the mobile device, you will need to manually remove the previously generated certificate from the device and then go through the Fiddler configuration steps as described here:

Thanks for the answer I tried it but it didn't work. Do you have any other methods?

I'm guessing that on my windows something HTTPS is not allowed.

Do you know anything more or am I guessing wrong?

1. Are you able to capture HTTPS traffic from the Windows host (where Fiddler is installed), or is the issue only related to the traffic from the mobile device?
2. Are you able to capture non-secure traffic (HTTP) from the Fiddler host and the mobile device.
3. What is the error you are receiving from the application you are trying to debug ()where is this app running - on the mobile device?). Are you using a mobile browser or a 3rd-party application?

You could attach the Fiddler log files so that we could investigate further.

On my side there are no issues capturing the traffic from the linked site, so the most likely reason is that your Fiddler trust certificate and HTTPS capturing are not configured properly.

Use these articles to verify your configuration:
