Where did you get the installer from? Which version is it? Could you share your operating system? Would it be possible to attach screenshot of this folder - %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Fiddler? Did you check if there is process fiddler.exe in the task manager? Does "Run as Administrator" helps?
