Try deleting the "Captures" folder with its content inside the "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Fiddler2" folder.

Thanks for the help!
Interestingly, there was no Fiddler2 in my Documents folder.
Investigating the crash with procmon revealed that Fiddler was actually reading the history from %USERPROFILE%\OneDrive\Documents\Fiddler2 on my machine.
Deleting Captures inside that folder solved the problem.

Closing Fiddler, then renaming ComposerHistory.raz to something else should be sufficient.
