Fiddler classic only capturing 127.0.0.1:8888

I'm having this issue where fiddler will only capture traffic coming from 127.0.0.1:8888, any other traffic is CONNECT, I've tried everything to get it to capture normal.

Seeing only CONNECT Tunnels indicates that you can capture only HTTP traffic, not HTTPS. To capture and decrypt secure traffic (HTTPS), you need to explicitly install and trust the Fiddler certificate authority and enable the decryption of HTTPS as shown in the following documentation article:
