I had issues with registering an account. So I followed the directions and emailed sales. No response after 72 hours. Then I tried feedback. No response either after 72 hours. What kind of half asses operation are you all running when you don't even bother to reply to email inquiries? Dunno. Someone sucks at their job and they need to be fired.

I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with the account registration process. Can you please provide more details on the steps you are taking - are we talking about creating an account for Fiddler Everywhere or else (the classic Fiddler is not supporting the account-based system). If you are using Fiddler Everywhere, please provide more details on your issue so we could assist you and also so that team could further investigate the problem.

Additionally. can you let me know on which email you have posted an inquiry?
