Currently I have a Training system in place using the RadMediaPlayer.  Everything looks good in dev and on most PC’s throughout the company.  I do have about 25% though that always displays the error “Failed to Load Video”.  Since this works on most of the machines I am at a loss as to why this is happening.  Any ideas that could help me start researching this issue.

Network related does not seem to be an issue as the web application that host these files are on the same box and seem to work just fine.  All the Videos are in a separate virtual directory with read only access so security is not the issue.

If I am correct the player does not use external Codecs so if it plays on one machine it should play on all.

I can access these files inside and outside the network on most machines so why would just a handful of machines always have the problem?

Hi Tim,

RadMediaPlayer is using the Silverlight component for playing media - called MediaElement. You can read more about the supported formats and protocols here.
You can also handle the MediaFailed event and check the actual arguments that are causing the media failure.
