EDIT: Nevermind, I figured out I was using MouseWheel event args >.>.

I am trying to use the telerik "mouseup" event handler with a shape.
public Home()
{
    InitializeComponent();
    Telerik.Windows.Input.Mouse.AddMouseUpHandler(m_oCircle,
       new System.EventHandler<Telerik.Windows.Input.MouseButtonEventArgs>(circle_DoubleClick));
}

private void circle_DoubleClick(object sender, Telerik.Windows.Input.MouseWheelEventArgs e)
{
}

However, I am getting this error:

No overload for 'circle_DoubleClick' matches delegate 'System.EventHandler<Telerik.Windows.Input.MouseButtonEventArgs>'

No answers yet. Maybe you can help?
