The unexpected behavior you experienced is most likely rooted to the unplanned maintenance in Telerik Platform as reported here. 

The critical sub-systems in Telerik Platform should be working as expected at the time of writing and as per the update of the status page. Please follow the status page for any further updates and notifications.
