Have the error as attached in the screen and cannot start the recorder.

Hello Nick Wood,
Are you running WebUI Developer Edition or QA Edition. Since you posted this in our WebAii Testing Framework forum (intended for those using our .NET WebAii library only) I cannot tell.
For this problem please try following the steps in this KB article and see if that resolves the problem.
