I have some questions, if you can help...
1. When I load TimePicker with selectedTime is Now, then I cann't choose "00:00" until I choose another time.
2. If the user delete the time, so that the control is "empty", then actually the selected time value is "00:00". Means, the display value
isn't the actual value!
3. When the user enter "12:60", then message is appeared, but the value isn't change. Which event can catch this (I tried
"BindingValidationerror", but I didn't succeed.

Hello Dandan,
I tested your issues and here are the results:
1. I didn't manage to reproduce the problem, could you please send me a sample code or open a support ticket and attach the project there.
2. This is by design, we have decided for the Value not to be nullable, but as other clients also inquired about such a feature we put in our to do list, and will implement it in the near future.
3. This is a bug, which we will fix right in the next release.
